Are you interested in using an Alpine campus to host your wedding ceremony or have an Alpine pastor officiate your wedding? If you are attenders of Alpine, or you are immediate relatives of attenders, and both you and your fiance have professed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior please complete the following information so that we may direct your request to the correct person.
If you and your fiance are open to pursuing Jesus and would be willing to go through the Pursuit series with a mentor prior to filling out the wedding request, please let us know by filling out the last question of this form.
